Position: Office Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Bella Vista NSW 2153
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Bella Vista, New South Wales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of office administration procedures, office service standards and operational priorities.
·Coordinate the effective allocation and utilisation of staff, office facilities, equipment and resources to support business operations.
·Delegate responsibilities to team members, oversee workflow and monitor employee performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
·Maintain accurate office records, documentation, financial accounts and administrative systems.
·Liaise with internal and external professionals, clients and stakeholders to support business activities and resolve operational issues.
·Monitor and manage office equipment, assets and supplies, ensuring adequate maintenance and availability.
·Promote and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
·Ensure organisational activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies and operational procedures.
·Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll administration, training and staff supervision.
·Draft comprehensive trust deeds for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific needs.
·Prepare trust deeds for discretionary trusts, unit trusts and bare trusts, tailoring documentation to meet asset protection and distribution requirements.
·Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative processes and office efficiency.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting.
·At least one (1) year of experience as an Office Manager.
·Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.
·Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
