Office Manager – Clyde North Vic

Kogan People Solutions are working with a an established, family-owned commercial services company providing professional commercial cleaning and specialized building maintenance services nationwide. Headquartered in Clyde North the company delivers high-quality, fully insured 24/7 solutions tailored to a diverse client base that spans general corporate offices, retail establishments, factories, medical centres, schools, and aged care facilities. Known for its strong focus on customer service, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail, [Company Name] optimizes its operations through innovative technology. They are now seeking a well organised Office Manager to oversee operations in their busy happy office.

Salary – Salary is negotiable in the range of $75k to $80k plus superannuation per annum.

Tenure – Full time and ongoing.

Location – Clyde North Vic

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage all administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  2. Handle client inquiries in a polished professional manner
  3. Manage accounts receivable, payable, and payroll.
  4. Support the accounting team with general administrative duties.
  5. Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
  6. Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and relevant government policies.
  7. Maintain office equipment, supplies, and IT coordination.
  8. Implement and improve office policies and procedures
  9. Contribute to planning and review of office services and standards.

You will need to demonstrate the following attributes and strengths to be considered:

  1. Highly relevant Diploma (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 1 or more years’ experience in office management in addition to other post training experience
  3. Solid office software skills.
  4. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  6. A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
