Occupational Therapist – Campbelltown, NSW

Salary: Up to $120K + Super + Bonus + Travel Allowance + KM Reimbursement + Ongoing Professional Development
A well-established and respected Allied Health organisation is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Campbelltown. With a strong focus on providing high-quality services under the NDIS, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives.
About the Role:
This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time, in a hybrid setting that includes clinic, community, and work-from-home options. The caseload can be tailored to your interests, including assessments or therapy across Adult and/or Paediatric clients.
Key services provided include:
Functional and ADL assessments with recommendations
Assistive Technology assessments (for simple to complex needs)
Fine and gross motor therapy sessions
Housing assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO)
1:1 therapy – evidence-based and goal-oriented interventions
24-hour positioning and seating assessments
Adult therapy (individual and/or group-based)
Manual handling assessments and training
Developmental milestone assessments for early childhood and school-aged children
Sensory processing assessments and interventions
Emotional regulation and behavioural strategies (delivered in homes, clinics, or schools)
Dedicated assessment & reporting caseloads available
Remote report writing flexibility
What We’re Looking For:
This position is ideal for someone who is clinically driven, passionate about person-centred care, and eager to develop professionally within a supportive and structured environment.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 1 year NDIS experience (required)
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
