1. Truck Driver (General) (******)

Job Responsibility:

Truck drivers operate heavy trucks, removal vans, tankers, and tow trucks to transport large and bulky goods, as well as liquids.

Duties:

1. Skilfully manoeuvring vehicles into precise positions for efficient loading and unloading operations
2. Using appropriate lifting and tipping devices to load and unload goods safely and effectively
3. Adhering strictly to safety protocols to minimize risks during vehicle loading and unloading activities
4. Performing routine quality inspections on vehicles to confirm they are in safe, operable condition
5. Accurately estimating cargo weights to ensure compliance with load restrictions and promote balanced weight distribution
6. Securing and covering goods securely to prevent movement, loss, or damage during transportation
7. Carefully reviewing loading documents, inspecting the condition of goods prior to transit, and obtaining necessary delivery confirmations

Qualification:

· AQF Certificate II or Higher

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field

Salary:

· $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

Job Title:

1. Painter (******)

Job Responsibility:

1. Painters prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnishes, wallpaper, and other finishes to protect, maintain, and enhance the appearance of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and structures.

Duties:

1. Preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing old paint and wallpaper
2. Cleaning and maintaining work areas to ensure surfaces are ready for painting and finishing applications
3. Selecting, mixing, and matching paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings to achieve required colours and finishes
4. Applying paint, varnish, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other painting tools
5. Measuring and calculating material requirements to ensure efficient use of paints and related products
6. Erecting and working safely from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms when required
7. Applying decorative and protective finishes to interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other structures
8. Hanging wallpaper, fabric coverings, and other decorative finishes where required
9. Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards, specifications, and client expectations are met
10. Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining painting equipment and tools in good working condition

Qualification:

1. AQF Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or Higher
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the painting and decorating industry

Salary:

1. Carpenter (******)

Job Responsibility:

1. Carpenters construct, install, renovate, and repair structures and fixtures made from timber, plywood, wallboard, and other materials used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

Duties:

1. Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and construction methods
2. Measuring, marking, and cutting timber, wood-based products, and other construction materials to required dimensions
3. Constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks, walls, partitions, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and other structural components
4. Erecting and dismantling formwork and frameworks used in concrete construction projects
5. Installing fixtures, fittings, cabinetry, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishing elements
6. Operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
7. Inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and quality standards
8. Performing maintenance, renovation, and repair work on existing structures and timber installations
9. Coordinating with supervisors, tradespeople, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within required timeframes
10. Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe condition

Qualification:

1. AQF Certificate III in Carpentry or Higher
2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in the carpentry and construction industry

Salary:

1. $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

Job Title:

• Delivery Drivers (******)

Job Responsibility:

• Delivery Drivers transport goods, parcels, supplies, and other items to customers and business locations while ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery operations.

Duties:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers and designated delivery locations

• Planning and following delivery routes to ensure timely completion of deliveries and maximise operational efficiency

• Performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance or repair requirements to ensure roadworthiness

• Using appropriate equipment and safe manual handling techniques when loading and unloading goods

• Securing goods properly to prevent damage, loss, or movement during transportation

• Verifying delivery schedules, invoices, and transport documentation before commencing deliveries

• Obtaining customer signatures and delivery confirmations while maintaining accurate delivery records

• Ensuring goods are delivered in good condition and resolving basic customer delivery enquiries professionally

• Adhering to road transport regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies at all times

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of vehicles and assisting with warehouse or stock handling duties where required
