Position 1: Full time Bar Attendant
Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Annual
As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient beverage service, and compliance with all liquor licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead bar staff during service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements are met
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Assist with staff training and development
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a bar supervisory or senior bar role
- Strong knowledge of beverage service and bar operations
- Current RSA Certificate
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Position 2: Full time Cook
Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Annual
The successful applicant will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality venue
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Position 3: Full time Waiter
Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Annual
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
- Process customer payments and operate POS systems
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Position 4: Full time Kitchen hand
Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Annual
As a Kitchen Hand, you will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during service.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries appropriately
- Dispose of waste and maintain rubbish and recycling areas
- Assist with stock rotation and storage
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Skills and Experience
- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
