Multi Skilled Operator

Site Services Operator / Jack of All Trades

We're looking for a practical, capable and resourceful person who enjoys variety and takes pride in being the one people call when something needs fixing, building, moving or improving.

This is a key role on a growing exploration project where you'll become the go-to person for a wide range of site services, maintenance and operational support activities.

One day you might be operating machinery, the next repairing a water line, maintaining bores, organising contractors, building site infrastructure or helping solve a problem nobody else has worked out yet.

The Role Responsibilities may include:

• Operating a 30-tonne excavator
• Operating a telehandler
• Assisting with roads, tracks and site earthworks
• Maintaining water bores, pumps and pipework
• General site repairs and maintenance
• Supporting exploration and drilling activities
• Coordinating contractors and hired equipment
• Assisting with camp and site infrastructure projects
• Identifying and solving day-to-day operational issues
• Keeping equipment and work areas safe and functional

This is a role for someone who enjoys using both their hands and their brain.

What We're Looking For

• Multi-skilled operator background
• Experience operating excavators and other civil or mining equipment
• HR Licence highly regarded
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with pumps, water systems, bores or pipework advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Practical, common-sense approach
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever required
