Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily motel operations including reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest enquiries to ensure high service standards.

Supervise housekeeping and room servicing to maintain cleanliness standards and efficient room turnaround.

Monitor occupancy levels, room pricing, payments, and revenue performance to support effective financial management.

Manage booking systems and online travel platforms along with direct reservations.

Oversee property maintenance, including security monitoring, parking areas, and grounds/garden upkeep.

Coordinate food and beverage services such as continental breakfast and guest snack or beverage offerings.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and fire safety procedures.

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and operational quality.
