MC Driver + MSIC ticket

Role: MC (Multi-Combination) Truck Driver + MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) Licence
Location: Banksmeadow, NSW
Salary: $43.00 - $47.00 per hour + Overtime + Super
Shifts: Day Shift - 05:00am start - Monday to Friday
Night Shift - 4:00pm start - Monday to Friday

Driver Hire Sydney currently supply the biggest transport companies in the NSW market.
Our client is looking for experienced MC Truck Drivers with MSIC Licence shuttling containers between their two depots at Banksmeadow and Erskine Park.

Duties of the role:
• Shuttling containers between their two depots (Banksmeadow and Erskine Park)
• Driving around the ports/wharves
• Conducting pre-start inspections
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
• Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures
• Pre-check inspection before setting off on deliveries
• Maintain vehicle in a clean and hygienic state
• Present any vehicle defect reports and report all hazards and injuries
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management and Road Regulations

Requirements of the role:
• MC Truck Driver’s Licence with minimum 1 year truck driving experience
• MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) Licence
• Experienced driving around the ports/wharves
• Physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance
• Have a good Driving Record
• An up-to-date Resume
• Unlimited work rights in Australia
• Available for an immediate start
• Please note, a National Police Check will be conducted as a requirement of this role
