We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns, supporting sales objectives, and contributing to the continued growth of our retail and online business.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop, implement and manage advertising initiatives that align with the company's sales and business objectives.
·Provide strategic advice to management on marketing and promotional activities to effectively engage target audiences and strengthen brand awareness.
·Oversee the planning and delivery of advertising campaigns, liaising with designers, content creators, media providers and other external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
·Monitor and evaluate customer behaviour, purchasing patterns and market insights to inform marketing decisions.
·Identify, interpret and forecast emerging consumer and industry trends to support business planning and marketing strategies.
·Conduct market research to assess demand for existing and new products, gathering and analysing market data, competitor information and relevant statistics.
·Contribute to business growth by preparing marketing plans, campaign reports and recommendations based on research findings and performance analysis.
Required Skills and Experience
·A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related discipline.
·At least one year of relevant professional experience in a marketing or advertising role post-graduation.
·Applicants with extensive relevant experience (at least five years of relevant experience) may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications where appropriate.
·Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, including both retail and online marketing.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research, consumer behaviour and campaign performance data.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
·Proven organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
·Experience using digital marketing platforms, social media channels and marketing analytics tools is highly regarded.
·A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
