We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through strategic B2B marketing initiatives, market development activities and customer acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share within the construction and building materials sector.
·Analyse target markets and develop marketing programs to increase brand visibility and market penetration among builders, contractors, developers and trade partners
·Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and emerging business opportunities.
·Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including website content, email marketing, search engine marketing and social media activities.
· Prepare and coordinate promotional materials, product catalogues, sales support materials and marketing communications.
·Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
·Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
·Assist in organising trade shows, industry events, supplier promotions and customer engagement activities.
Skills and Experience
·Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
·At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
·Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, market development or business promotion.
·Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
·Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, wholesale distribution or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
·Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is desirable.
