We're currently seeking a Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and reputable FMCG manufacturing business based in Revesby. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a high-paying afternoon shift role with genuine temp-to-perm potential.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production lines
Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical equipment
Working on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors and packaging machinery
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards in a food-grade environment
About You
Trade qualified Fitter (Cert III Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent)
Reconnect/Disconnect Licence (highly desirable)
Previous experience in FMCG, food, or high-speed manufacturing environments preferred
Strong mechanical fault-finding capability
Ability to work independently on afternoon shift
Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
