Experienced Line Chef / Cook – Bayblue Management Group (Glasshouse Tavern, Beerwah & Palmwoods Hotels)

Bayblue Management owns and operates the Glasshouse Tavern, Beerwah Hotel, and Palmwoods Hotel—venues known for great food, value for money, and a strong community focus. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Chef to join our kitchen team at one of our high-volume venues.
About the Role
We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality meals. You'll be working alongside an experienced team in a well-established, family-owned hospitality business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to handle high-pressure services with calm efficiency
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and a genuine desire for long-term career development
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery essential
- Availability across a rotating 5-day roster, including:
- Lunch / dinner shifts
- Split shifts
- Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
- A current driver’s licence is highly regarded
