Lift Installation Machines (Fitters)

We are seeking Lift / Escalator Installation Mechanics (Fitters) to join our project teams delivering installation work across Sydney CBD and the surrounding areas.

These are on-site‑based installation roles, where you are assigned to a project location and will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver safe and high‑quality outcomes.

1. Permanent roles
2. Multiple headcounts
3. Reports to the Project Managers

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation of Lifts and Platforms on project sites
2. Perform installation work safely and in line with site and project requirements
3. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation
4. Work collaboratively with Project Managers and construction onsite‑based installation teams
5. Contribute to delivering project milestones and quality outcomes​​

What you will need to be successful

1. Must have legal eligibility and full working rights in Australia
2. Mechanical trade background with min 3-5 years of experience within the lift industry
3. Extensive Electrical/Mechanical knowledge across large equipment and the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.
4. Demonstrated ability to carry out mechanical installation work
5. Ability to work full‑time on a single, site‑based project
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a site environment
8. A committed professional, with safety as priority
9. Detailed oriented and is results-driven.

Working Arrangements

1. Based primarily on Sydney CBD projects
2. Site‑based role (not a mobile/service role)
