We are seeking Lift / Escalator Installation Mechanics (Fitters) to join our project teams delivering installation work across Sydney CBD and the surrounding areas.
These are on-site‑based installation roles, where you are assigned to a project location and will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver safe and high‑quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Lifts and Platforms on project sites
- Perform installation work safely and in line with site and project requirements
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and construction onsite‑based installation teams
- Contribute to delivering project milestones and quality outcomes
What you will need to be successful
- Must have legal eligibility and full working rights in Australia
- Mechanical trade background with min 3-5 years of experience within the lift industry
- Extensive Electrical/Mechanical knowledge across large equipment and the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out mechanical installation work
- Ability to work full‑time on a single, site‑based project
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a site environment
- A committed professional, with safety as priority
- Detailed oriented and is results-driven.
Working Arrangements
- Based primarily on Sydney CBD projects
- Site‑based role (not a mobile/service role)
