About the role:
As the Head of Family Law, you will:
- Lead the Family Law practice, managing your own files while mentoring junior lawyers.
- Handle a variety of complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.
- Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters including commercial and property law.
The ideal candidate:
- 8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership or senior-level experience.
- Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.
- Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
