The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to join our team and help drive the success of our exciting current and upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a future Supervisory role, to help run our range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, from scheduling to resource management.
3. Work on a mix of larger-scale projects as well as individual residential gardens.
4. Ability and experience in design and construct projects.
5. Ability to achieve completions within tight deadlines.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

About You:

1. Proven experience as a landscaper, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
2. Strong practical knowledge of landscape construction techniques, both hard and soft landscaping.
3. Interest and ability to provide on-site design input, with an opportunity to express creativity welcome.
4. Willingness to be part of the team and work alongside other staff
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both people and projects effectively.
6. Ability to adapt to a range of project scales and requirements, from large developments to custom residential work.
7. Interest in sustainability and knowledge of local plants species, encouraged.
8. 3 years plus experience high quality landscape construction - residential and commercial scale including installing irrigation systems, bobcat and truck experience, turf installation, both natural and artificial, plant knowledge.
