The Role

This is a Sales Manager – New Business role based in Sydney, leading a high-performing inside sales team of Account Executives.

You’ll own a USD annual new business target, managing a high-velocity, full-cycle B2B sales motion. The team is established, mature, and has exceeded target.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys driving performance at scale, partnering closely with Finance and Risk, and coaching experienced sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of New Business AEs
  2. Deliver annual new business revenue
  3. Run forecasting, pipeline management, and deal strategy in a transactional sales environment
  4. Ensure strong sales discipline, CRM hygiene, and conversion efficiency
  5. Partner closely with Finance, Risk, and Credit on deal economics and profitability
  6. Use data and financial insight to drive continuous improvement

About You

  1. Proven experience managing inside sales or transactional sales teams
  2. Comfortable operating in high-volume B2B sales environments
  3. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including exposure to P&L and deal economics
  4. Confident coaching experienced, target-exceeding sales teams
  5. Fintech or financial services experience is beneficial but not essential
