ICT Business Analyst

MELIUS HOSPITALITY PTY LTD is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated ICT Business Analyst to support the company’s business systems, digital platforms, and operational technology needs.

About the RoleThe ICT Business Analyst will work closely with management and key stakeholders to analyse business operations, identify system requirements, and support the implementation and ongoing improvement of ICT solutions. This role focuses on ensuring that technology systems effectively support business growth, efficiency, and compliance across hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities·Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, operational requirements, and system needs

·Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for system and process improvements

·Gather, document, and maintain functional and non-functional business requirements

·Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to support system delivery and maintenance

·Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities

·Prepare documentation such as process maps, business requirements documents, and reports

·Support change management activities related to new or updated systems

·Ensure ICT solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements

Requirements·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role

·Demonstrated experience working in an ICT, systems, or business analysis capacity

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·Experience preparing business analysis documentation and system-related reports

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a business environment
