TPEA Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Advisor to join its team. In this role, you will provide professional human resource advisory and operational support services across the business to ensure workforce capability, compliance and employee engagement objectives are achieved. You will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams operating in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate recruitment and selection activities including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and supporting onboarding processes.
-Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements.
-Provide advice and support to managers and employees on workplace relations matters, performance management, disciplinary procedures and HR best practices.
-Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing HR policies, procedures and workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
-Coordinate employee induction, training and development programs to support workforce capability and compliance requirements.
-Support employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
-Assist with occupational health and safety coordination and ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
-Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics and documentation to support management decision-making and project staffing requirements.
-Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to promote a collaborative and productive workplace culture.
-Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and employee experience.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline or at least 5 years relevant experience
-Minimum one year of experience in a human resource advisory or generalist role.
-Previous experience within engineering, construction, mining, oil & gas or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
-Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and HR policy implementation.
