We are now seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Manage recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
·Conduct pre-employment checks, prepare contracts, letters, and general HR documentation.
· Maintain accurate employee records and human resource systems.
· Offer advice to management on workplace policies, staff performance, and employee relations.
· Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees, ensuring they understand roles, conditions, and career opportunities.
· Liaise with clients to gather details about vacancies, including job descriptions and employment conditions, and provide advice to job seekers.
· Support employment negotiations, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industrial agreements.
· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that improve workplace effectiveness.
· Encourage employee engagement initiatives and facilitate workplace consultation processes.
Qualifications & experience
· Bachelor Degree or higher qualification (essential)
· 3 years + relevant work experience in Human Resources
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management capabilities.
· Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
