To support our continued growth, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to oversee HR operations across our corporate office and retail network.
About the Role
Reporting to the corporate leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and solutions across the entire business. You will work closely with senior leaders and store managers to align human resources practices with our overarching business objectives and ensure our teams are supported, engaged, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to implement effective HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and organisational development, and support recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Australia.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, multi-site, or the petroleum and convenience sector is highly regarded.
