You'll be:
- The Master Mixer: Expertly mixing fibres and materials with precision—we'll teach you the secret sauce!
- The Captain of the Agi: Safely driving and operating our modern Agi trucks across various sites.
- The Pit Crew Pro: Conducting thorough pre-start checks and showing your truck some love with a daily deep clean. We pride ourselves on our fleet!
- A Team Player: Working alongside a supportive crew in a stable, long-term role.
Shift Options – Pick Your Perfect Time!
- Afternoon Shift: Ditch the rush hour! Shifts kick off from 12:00 PM (Monday – Sunday roster), giving you your mornings back and still letting you finish in time to unwind.
- Day Shift: Classic hours for those who prefer the standard work day.
- Training: You'll get comprehensive, hands-on training to make sure you're ready to roll. (Heads up: day shift training can start early—so bring your best coffee game!)

Here's what you need to jump behind the wheel:
- Current HR Licence (with a solid, clean driving record).
- White Card (Safety is non-negotiable!).
- The stamina to handle manual labour tasks when needed.
- Reliable personal transport to get to and from the yard.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening.
