Quest Dandenong offers self-contained serviced apartments housed in a classic red-brick building. We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

·Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.

·Coordinate activities across housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and administration teams for smooth operations.

·Managing and overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient occupancy planning and room readiness.

·Supervise housekeeping and laundry services to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards across all apartments.

·Oversee property maintenance, promptly addressing repairs and ensuring all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

·Prepare and manage staff rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels based on occupancy and business needs.

·Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and hospitality service standards.

·Enforce workplace health and safety regulations, including safe work practices and emergency procedures.

·Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operations, service improvements, and staff development.

·Manage inventory of supplies such as linen, cleaning materials, and guest amenities, ensuring consistent availability.

·Coordinate apartment setup for new arrivals and oversee cleaning and inspections after guest departures.

·Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery to maintain a positive guest experience.

Qualifications and experience required:

·AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

·Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role

·Strong leadership and communication skills

·Strong customer service and guest satisfaction focus

·Team leadership and staff supervision

·Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

·Communication and stakeholder liaison

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
