Holiday Program Supervisor (Recruitment Pool)

The Town is seeking passionate individuals who love working with children to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of holiday program sessions which cover a variety of sports for 6 – 12 year olds during the school holidays.

Your new role 

Our Holiday Program Supervisors are responsible for the professional operation and coordinating the delivery of our holiday program sessions at the Leisurelife Centre and maintaining a fun, caring, inclusive, safe, and friendly environment for all participants. They will operate in a positive manner and promote the Centre’s programs and values to the community. This will include providing supervision, leadership and guidance for additional holiday program staff.

What you’ll need to succeed 

  • Previous coaching or holiday program experience
  • Previous holiday program supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Passion for a variety of sports
  • Enthusiastic approach to work
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current Working with Children Check

The benefits of working for us 

$48.30 per hour for a minimum two hour shift (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation, free gym and pool membership.
