Blunt Unisex Salon is currently seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Hairdresser to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about hair styling, customer service, and staying up to date with modern hair trends and techniques.

About the Role

As a Hairdresser at Blunt Unisex Salon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring exceptional customer experience in a friendly and professional salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting clients to understand their hairstyle preferences and needs
2. Cutting, trimming, colouring, bleaching, and styling hair using professional techniques
3. Performing hair treatments including conditioning, straightening, and keratin treatments
4. Recommending suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and treatments to clients
5. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon
6. Managing appointments and ensuring excellent customer service
7. Keeping up to date with current industry trends and styling techniques

Skills & Experience Required

1. Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent industry experience
2. Minimum 2 year of relevant experience preferred
3. Strong knowledge of modern hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
6. Passionate, reliable, and professional attitude
