We are currently seeking a full time Restaurant Manager to join our team at Eggspot North Perth. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75k to $85k + superannuation will be offered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage by assigning tasks, coordinating work shifts, timetables, and staff leave.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock and restaurant supplies.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all sanitation, health and safety regulations.
Skills, Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Hold relevant qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
