Full time Construction Project Manager

FIXED GROUP Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated full time Construction Project Manager to join our team in Murarrie, QLD.

The successful applicant will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the construction of our engineering and building projects, including managing all resources involved in the construction process.

4. Full spectrum of works, from leaking taps to complex upgrades

Key responsibilities include:

·Planning and managing construction projects from commencement to completion

·Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors

·Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

·Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

·managing and monitoring adherence to legislation and standards of performance and safety

·coordinating resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment

·Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholder

·consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers

·Preparing project reports and documentation

·establishing and managing project plans to ensure alignment with program strategic goals and project outcomes

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

1. At least a bachelor degree in management, Construction Management or a related field
2. At least 12 months of relevant post-qualification work experience
3. Strong organisational and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position with an annual salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
