Full Time Cafe Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Cafe Manager to join our team at CHEOL’S Perth Location. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75k to $80k + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all day-to-day cafe operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
2. Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
3. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cafe staff.
4. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage by assigning tasks, coordinating work shifts, timetables, and staff leave.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent service.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
7. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock and cafe supplies.
8. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
9. Ensure that the cafe adheres to all sanitation, health and safety regulations.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

5. Ability to work in fast paced environment
6. Excellent customer service skills
