We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial management, reporting, compliance, and operational finance functions.
This role will play a key leadership position within the organisation and will be responsible for supporting business growth, financial planning, and decision-making while managing and supervising the finance team.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial health and future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, and budgeting processes
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate financial strategies, forecasts, budgets, and reporting systems to support business growth
- Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and financial forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management regarding business performance, operational costs, and funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, taxation obligations, payroll requirements, and financial legislation
- Coordinate and improve accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes across the organisation
- Supervise and support the finance team, including the Accountant, Bookkeeper, and Payroll Officer
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, reconciliations, and NDIS-related financial administration
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities
- Support long-term financial planning, operational efficiency, and organisational growth initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, taxation, payroll, and financial compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working within healthcare, disability services, recruitment, or staffing industries will be highly regarded
