Field Service Technician - Sterilisation Equipment

Great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and working out in the field and not in the workshop.

  • $45-50 per hour + 12% Super + OT + take home vehicle + stanby allowance
  • Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, smartphone & work expense credit card
  • Monthly RDOs & regular overtime opportunities
  • Comprehensive in-house training & onboarding
  • Diverse fieldwork, including regional travel & occasional overnight stays
  • Performance review at probation, with scope for pay increases and advancement

We're looking for experienced and motivated Service Technicians to join our NSW team. This is more than a job It's a stable, long-term career opportunity with real room for progression. You'll enjoy flexible conditions, generous remuneration, and full training and support from an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and validate sterilisation systems
  • Conduct emergency repairs, technical diagnostics, and fault-finding
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits
  • Maintain service records, manage van inventory & documentation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, building lasting relationships
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Current restricted electrical licence (or higher)
  • 2+ years' experience in electrical, fault-finding, or technical maintenance
  • Confident interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to obtain (or already hold) a Police Check and Working with Children Check
