Our client Fish Fish Pty Ltd is looking to fulfil a position for a full-time shop manager for their fish and chips store in South Penrith.
The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties:
-Managed product selection and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and high-quality customer service standards.
-Developed and implemented purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to support business growth and profitability.
-Coordinated promotional and advertising activities to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
-Provided exceptional customer service by selling products and services, offering expert advice, and assisting customers with product selection and usage.
-Maintained accurate inventory records, sales data, and financial transaction documentation.
-Assisted in the preparation and management of budgets, monitoring expenditure and financial performance.
-Recruited, trained, supervised, and supported staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and high levels of performance.
-Ensured compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
