The vibrant Town of Victoria Park is on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic pool operators to step into a leadership role of Duty Supervisor, to join the Town in a casual capacity. 

Your new role

As a Duty Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the aquatic operations including the supervision of the lifeguard team and patrons, water quality testing, safety and security, cleanliness and plant room operations.  You’ll be the go-to person for both aquatic staff and patrons, helping to create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As the most senior team member on site during evenings and weekends, you’ll take the lead in managing any emergencies across all service areas.  Your calm, confident response will help ensure the safety of our patrons and staff, and you’ll be responsible for documenting and reporting all incidents clearly and accurately.

  • Pool operations certificate
  • LIWA accreditation
  • Current lifeguard qualifications
  • Current first aid certificate
  • National police clearance
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach

The benefits of working for us

Hourly rate of $47.37 (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
