About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and commercially driven Designer to lead the Sleepwear category at Bras N Things. This role will see you design and deliver trend led, comfortable and stylish sleepwear ranges that balance fashion, function, and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with Buying, Planning and Product teams, you’ll bring seasonal concepts to life- ensuring collections are on trend, customer focused, and aligned to sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop seasonal sleepwear ranges across multiple product categories
  • Drive trend research, mood boards, and seasonal design direction
  • Create detailed tech packs and manage product development through to final approval
  • Collaborate with Buying & Planning to build balanced, commercial ranges
  • Oversee fit sessions and ensure product meets quality, comfort, and design intent
  • Manage supplier relationships and support development timelines
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends
  • Contribute to sustainable material sourcing and product initiatives

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in fashion design (sleepwear, intimates or apparel preferred)
  • Strong understanding of fabric, fit, and garment construction
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to design for the customer
  • Advanced CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion or Design (preferred)
