Transit Systems NSW is seeking a motivated and operationally focused Operations Supervisor to join our team at South Granville Depot.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and is passionate about operational excellence, people leadership, customer service, and safety.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery across our network while supporting drivers, coordinators, and frontline operations staff.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily depot activities and act as a key operational point of contact during shifts. You will assist in managing operational performance, supporting employee engagement, resolving operational issues, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong leadership capability, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional within a dynamic operational environment.
