We are recruiting a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen security across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex security challenges while guiding the business through best practices, uplift projects, and proactive risk reduction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, audits, and remediation activities
- Advise IT and business stakeholders on cyber risks and controls
- Updating and maintaining technical program, end-user documentation, and operational procedures
- Configure and optimise tools such as Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Sentinel
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Forensic analysis to identify anomalies or threats
- Support compliance obligations, including frameworks like PCI‑DSS and Essential 8
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Cyber Security.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a Cyber Security Engineering role
