As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network, by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs.

You will be responsible for undertaking transaction activities for customers, educating customers on using digital banking solutions and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
