Customer Relations Officer (Casual Recruitment Pool)

The Town of Victoria Park is a vibrant, diverse and modern community that values inclusivity, integrity, and proactive engagement. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Relations Officers to join our Stakeholder Relations in a casual capacity.
Your new role
You’ll be a friendly face and voice to our community, greeting people with a smile, identifying customer needs and solutions, answering questions and handling cashiering duties – all while making every interaction positive and efficient.
What you’ll need to succeed
- ability to delivery exceptional customer experience (even during the tricky conversations)
- experience working in either a call centre, hospitality, retail or administrative role
- strong administration skills to keep things running smoothly
- excellent communications skills to connect with people and solve customer requests
- expertise in performing point of sale, cash handling and float reconciliation (yes, you’re great with numbers too!)
The benefits of working with us
Hourly rate of $46.13 (including 25% loading in lieu of leave entitlements) plus superannuation
