Join the award-winning Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Service team as our Customer Contact Consultant! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team based in Newstead.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an integral role in delivering a premium Mercedes-Benz experience. You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, support customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, and help ensure a seamless journey across our dealership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- Booking appointments and supporting dealership enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Handling customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and care
- Accurately maintaining customer information across multiple systems
- Supporting the wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance outcomes
About You
- Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
- The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong computer literacy
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar role (Previous experience in a similar or related role is highly encouraged)
