About the role
- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent standard
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Work during busy service periods and keep orders flowing
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storage
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a cook or kitchen role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A team player with a good attitude
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
Salary and benefits
- $70,00 - $80,000 per year plus superannuation
- Full time position
