Our venue partner, Modern Restaurants Pty Ltd trading as Kickin’Inn, is an Australian hospitality business specialising in Cajun-style seafood boil dining experiences, offering premium seafood dishes, signature sauces, rice meals, burgers, cocktails, desserts, and family-style casual dining. Established in 2018, the business has rapidly expanded across multiple locations throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, and the ACT, providing dine-in, takeaway, and group dining services to a broad customer base. Kickin’Inn is recognised for its unique hands-on dining concept, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to delivering high-quality seafood and memorable customer experiences.
We are seeking a Skilled and Experienced Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking high-quality seafood and menu items, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and ensuring efficient service during busy operational periods. The successful candidate will contribute to upholding Kickin’Inn’s reputation for quality, consistency, and exceptional customer dining experiences.
Salary Range: 75,000 to 80,000 AUD per annum
