Atom Resources are currently working with a contractor delivering major data centre projects across NSW, supporting them on the hire of an experienced Contract Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is a hybrid role within a live project environment, supporting the commercial delivery of complex, fast-paced builds. Brief below:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
- Variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
- Supporting project teams with commercial decision-making
- Reviewing scopes, contracts, and managing risk
- Working closely with site teams and project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction
- Exposure to data centre, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management and commercial processes
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, live site environment
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Contract Specifics
- Rate: $1000-1200 per day (negotiable DOE)
- Contract Length: 6-12 Months
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid
