Contract Administrator

2. 38 hours per week
3. $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator for our business The Clan located in Central Coast.

You will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for:

1. Preparation, review, and administration of contracts for projects.
2. Review and update existing contracts, explaining terms and conditions to managers and interested parties, and ensuring compliance with company contracts.
3. Process purchase orders and invoices.
4. Liaise with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and the hospitality onsite team.

This will be a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Successful applicants must have:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within the retail and or hospitality industry.
2. High level of attention to detail.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Can do attitude.
