Construction Manager

PBM Construction Pty Ltd is a civil construction company delivering infrastructure works across Sydney and interstate. The company is seeking to employ a full-time Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction works.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Planning, directing and coordinating civil construction activities
2. Managing the delivery of projects from commencement through to completion
3. Coordinating and supervising across multiple work fronts and project sites
4. Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure works are delivered as required
5. Managing site-based activities including sequencing, access, and logistics
6. Reviewing scopes of work, drawings, and technical documentation
7. Monitoring progress, productivity, and costs across allocated works
8. Managing procurement and engagement of subcontractors and suppliers
9. Overseeing compliance with WHS, environmental, and regulatory requirements
10. Managing quality assurance and completion of works packages
11. Contributing to pricing of works, including methodology and resourcing
12. Maintaining client relationships to support repeat work and ongoing project opportunities
