About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Coordinator – Residential Care to join our growing team. The position will be reporting to Operations Manager and General Manager. This key position is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and enhancing the care experience of clients in residential settings. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and care staff, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compassionately, and in alignment with care plans and regulatory standards.

The key responsibilities includes the following but not limited to:

  1. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of care services to clients (including children) in residential settings.
  2. Liaise with clients, families, care workers, and external stakeholders to ensure individual care needs are met.
  3. Develop, monitor, and review individualised care plans.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring services align with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards
  5. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, funding guidelines, and aged care standards.
  6. Provide ongoing support, supervision, and guidance to support staff.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reporting systems.
  8. Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  9. Schedule and lead staff meetings, ensuring alignment across service delivery and organisational goals
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service development.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:

Qualifications & Experience

  1. At least a Diploma or higher in Community Services, Aged Care, Disability, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 years experience in a residential care coordination or similar client-focused role.
  3. Sound knowledge of aged care or disability legislation, standards, and person-centred practices.
  4. Extensive knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Quality and Safeguarding Framework, and NDIS Code of Conduct
  5. Current Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  6. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and Current Valid Full Time Working Visa

  2. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  3. A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to service delivery.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
