Client Service Manager | Financial Services
Talentpath is proud to be partnering with My Wealth Solutions to find a Client Service Manager (CSM) to join their growing leadership team. My Wealth Solutions is a boutique financial planning firm with a family-owned spirit and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional advice and service to everyday Australians. This leadership opportunity will see you take ownership of a critical function within the business, leading a nationally dispersed team responsible for client reviews, advice implementation support and ongoing client service delivery. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building team capability and improving processes as the business continues to scale.

About the Role
As the CSM, you will lead the Client Review function, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience while driving efficiency, quality and performance across the team. This role combines people leadership, operational management and process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. This will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Service Officers, Review Officers and support staff.
  • Managing workflow allocation, team capacity planning and operational priorities.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end client review process to ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Managing relationships with offshore support partners and ensuring service standards are maintained.
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, automation and team efficiency.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and capability development as the business continues to grow.
  • Monitoring team performance, productivity and service outcomes.
  • Leading operational projects and contributing to broader business improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as a trusted leader who can advocate for the team while driving accountability and results.

About You
We're looking for an experienced industry leader who brings a strong understanding of financial services together with a passion for developing people, improving processes and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You will have:

  • industry experience within financial planning, wealth management, superannuation, banking or insurance is essential.
  • Demonstrated success leading client service, operations, advice support or review teams.
  • A track record of driving process improvement, workflow optimisation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong technical understanding of financial services and confidence engaging with Advisers on technical matters.
  • Experience managing workflow, service delivery and operational performance across multiple teams or locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive positive change
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.
