Bridgeway Concepts Pty Ltd is currently hiring Civil Engineering Draftsperson

Duties and Responsibilities include:

·For civil engineering projects including drainage, water supply, sewerage reticulation systems, highways, airports, dams, bridges, and other constructions, drawings, charts, tabulations, plans, and designs are prepared.

·Conducting and overseeing laboratory tests and fieldwork

·Choosing equipment, following the right processes, and interpreting work assignment instructions

·Data collection, analysis, and calculation

·Calculating material prices and making sure completed projects adhere to rules, specifications, and contract terms

·Organising and managing maintenance and repair tasks, as well as inspecting civil engineering projects

·gathering information for traffic surveys and testing building materials and soils in the field and lab

Qualifications

We are seeking applications from experienced modellers who are a highly motivated, team orientated professionals who have excellent communication skills.

·Minimum 1-year relevant industry experience.

·Local experience will be highly regarded

·Proficiency in using Revit Structure. AutoCAD skills are advantageous.

·A sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety and legal regulations.

·Working knowledge of BIM concepts and an understanding of creating working models.

·Understand Australian Standards and Codes.

·Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.

·Professional qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or similar equivalent industry experience

·Being able to work collaboratively within the design team, and with external consultants

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 p.a. with Superannuation
