HAMRO NEPALI KITCHEN PTY LTD T/as Hamro Nepali Kitchen is looking for experienced Chef to join our Kitchen team . Hamro Nepali Kitchen located at Shop 15 Village Green, Cnr Manning Rd & Kent St, Karawara WA 6152 Australia. We will be offering working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in our busy kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. A passion for cooking and respect for work ethics is essential to this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities as Chef while working with Hamro Nepali Kitchen as below:

1. Manage all operations of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, and overall workflow.
2. Responsible for kitchen opening and closing, service and set up.
3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain an efficient and well-stocked kitchen.
4. Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
5. Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
6. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
7. Supervise, train, and instruct kitchen staff to ensure high standard of performance and quality of dishes.
8. Hiring, recruiting, and rostering of kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

1. Must have AQF Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
2. Must have experience worked as Chef minimum 1 year
