Open 5 days, Wednesday - Sunday.
Lunch starting at 12 daily
Kitchen Hours on Wednesday 12pm-3pm
Kitchen Hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12-8.30pm
Kitchen Hours Sunday 12pm-5pm
Only open 3 nights a week.
Currently our kitchen has a mixture of classic dishes & progressive small plates You will have the creative license to alter the menu as you see fit.
This role requires a qualified Chef with strong skills in food preparation, menu execution and daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with food safety standards. A relevant trade qualification or formal training is required, along with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
38 hrs per week plus any reasonable hours to complete to role
Relocation assistance available -
Diploma or Certificate in Cookery, or at least three years of employment experience in the role
