China Tang Authentic Chinese Food is located at Unit 7/88 Broadway Fair Shopping Center, Nedlands WA 6009. The Broadway Fair Shopping Center is located in the heart of Nedlands and home to over 50 one-of-a-kind retailers and small businesses. China Tang as one of Asian restaurants specialized in dumplings and other fine dishes provide both dine in and takeaway option for customers. We are now in need of a chef working in our business to perform following duties:

To be successful candidates MUST have:

·At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Cookery for the position of Chef, preferably familiar with Asian specialty

·Recent Police Clearance

·Be able to fulfill the position ASAP

·Holding relevant qualification

·Great teamwork skills and can work autonomously and with minor supervision

·Good communication skills

·Ability to multi-task, effective time managing

Duties

·The chef’s position involves cooking meals for customers by using a variety of cooking skills

· Assisting business owner in daily menu planning

·Stock Control, Food shopping/ ordering, supervising junior staff

·We request flexibility as various other duties may arise you may be required for.
