We proudly operate multiple dining outlets, including a bustling bistro, a modern café, fully serviced bars, and versatile function spaces catering to everything from intimate gatherings to large scale events. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse, high volume environment with the support of a collaborative and skilled culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present high quality dishes in line with Club standards
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen in accordance with food safety requirements
3. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
4. Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering as required
5. Deliver consistent quality under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Requirements:

1. Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or higher)
2. Previous experience as a Chef in a high volume venue
3. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
5. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
6. Team-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence
