Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pakistani and Indian dishes in a busy kitchen.
- Develop new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene regulations.
- Supervising food preparation and cooking activities.
- Manage kitchen operations including monitoring inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Train and supervise junior staff.
- Maintain high standards of consistency, taste and presentation.
- Plan menu, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.
- Demonstrate techniques and advising on cooking procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in Pakistani/Indian cuisine.
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Ability to work under pressure in a super busy kitchen.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Australian food safety standards.
